Which currency is used on this site?
Australian dollars is the default currency (AUD$). Please select the currency for your country at the top right corner of our site to convert to your country's currency.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship worldwide. Some destination countries may not be listed due to courier issues, in which case please contact our customer care at email@example.com and we may be able to assist you further. Please see our Shipping Policy for further details.
How can I process a return?
Please see our Returns Policy for full information and procedures on how to return your order.
Do you cover the cost of a return?
We do not cover the costs associated with returns. All costs associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer and we may not be held liable for any missing returns.
If I made a purchase via Afterpay, can I return it?
For purchases made via Afterpay, we do not offer a return however we do offer an online store credit or exchange.
Can I return sale items?
Sale items are final and may not be returned. We recommend careful shopping of our sale items to avoid disappointment.

What is Afterpay?
Afterpay is available for Australian customers only and allows you to shop now and pay later. Your purchase will be split into 4 payments, the first being 25% at the time of purchase, after which the items will be shipped to you. Barbara Oxland in no way may be considered as providing financial advice on the acquisition of Afterpay credit, so please consult with your financial advisor and/or visit Afterpay for full terms and conditions.
How can I use a gift card?
Simply finalise your shopping, go to cart and checkout, then enter your Gift Card number and apply. This will be automatically deducted in the total balance.
How will I know if my order was processed?
As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email to the nominated email address attached to your order. If you have not received any confirmation emails, please contact our customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I make changes to my order?
Once your order has been placed we are unfortunately unable to make amendments to it. If you have provided an incorrect delivery address or contact details, please contact our customer care at email@example.com as soon as possible. We may be able to intercept the despatch of your order and change this for you however we cannot be held liable for any incorrect details entered by the customer.
Will I pay duties or taxes on an international order?
We offer worldwide shipping with customs duties paid for most countries. However, deliveries outside Australia may incur additional charges beyond our control. We advise checking the specific customs or import duty policies for your delivery country.
How can I track my order?
Your order includes package tracking and once dispatched, you will receive an order confirmation email with tracking information and courier details so you may keep up-to-date with your order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our prints are hand made and printed to order; please allow 2-5 days before despatch.
My parcel is late or missing, what can I do?
Please note that since the world health crisis, orders may take longer to arrive at their destinations. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive. If you are an international customer, your parcel may be at your local customs office awaiting the payment of tax charges.
