Shipping Policy
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
To save costs, reduce carbon footprint and expedite your order, we partner with long-time trusted labs and production partners located as closely as possible to your shipping destination.
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days.
For maximum protection, prints 16" x 24" and larger are carefully rolled and shipped in reinforced tubes.
We use standard shippers with proven reliability, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, DPD, Canada Post, Australia Post, Royal Mail and others based on your location.
Shipping times vary and you will be sent tracking information as soon as your order is on the way so that you can follow its progress.
We are not responsible for import duties or customs fees, which are to be paid by the purchaser upon entry into your county. However, we strive to produce and ship your order within your country of purchase to reduce the likelihood of any import or customs fees to you.
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will replace it at no cost.
Shipping upgrades are available at checkout for Priority or Express shipping.
Returns Policy
We do our best to accommodate return requests. Contact us for any return query or to initiate a return or exchange at bonjour@barbaraoxland.com.
Unused items may be returned for full refund within 14 days of receipt less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not issue return labels.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom orders. Fine art prints sized 16" x 20" or larger are subject to a 20 - 25% restocking fee. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be immediately credited to your original payment method upon receipt of the returned items. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your bank or credit card company to process and post the credit.
